The North America Distribution Channel Marketing Specialist for Honeywell Systems Group (Video and Access)will be responsible for being a key marketing contact for ADI, security distributor and a key customer for the Honeywell Systems businesses.

This role is largely responsible for growth and margins of Honeywell Systems through the ADI channel. This position will be filled at either KY16 (Louisville SS HQ) or WI02 (Oak Creek, WI) and relocation is not available.

Responsibilities:
- Act as a point person (in conjunction with the Distribution Marketing Manager) from Systems Marketing to the ADI team (e.g. ADI Product Management, ADI Pricing Leader, ADI sales team, ADI MarCom);
- Manage various growth projects and support product launches, incorporating Voice of Customer (including branches, ADI sales, Systems sales, and dealers);
- Manage quarterly, annual, and specialty catalogs, partnering with Systems Product Management and MarCom when necessary;
- Create monthly newsletter focused at ADI employees and dealers, highlighting important information from Honeywell Video Systems and Honeywell Access Systems;
- Identify and execute on growth opportunities through analysis, including:
* Identification of key items for ADI monthly promo flyer
* Partnering with Sales, Product Management, and MarCom to create proactive, effective promotions at ADI (e.g. monthly flyers, special contests, store positioning)
* Analyzing competitors at ADI, and
* Providing feedback to the Honeywell Systems Marketing and Sales teams
* Tracking and measuring sales, margin, and other financials of Honeywell Systems at ADI.
- Incorporate Voice of Sales/Customers/Branches into all aspects of role, working closely with Systems (Video and Access) core regional sales managers and sales leadership to develop overall strategies and goals; and
-Facilitate communication between Systems Product Management and ADI Systems Pool, ADI Product Management, and other ADI teams as necessary.

Qualifications:
This role will report to the Sr. Marketing Manager. This is a high visibility role, with opportunities for career advancement into other positions within the company.

This role requires:
- Strong interpersonal skills and customer orientation, proven ability to build relationships and work with people across functions, marketing, and strong analytical foundations.
- A technical/industry background, ideally in Security is a plus.
- Bachelor degree strongly preferred.
- The candidate must be proficient in Microsoft Office, comfortable analyzing data, and able to learn systems (e.g. BPCS MRP system, Adonis).
