The Internet Marketing Manager for the Southern Nevada Region Shared Services will lead and execute property consulting and support initiatives. This includes providing expert advice and support for online advertising, email marketing and site content for casinos.

This position will primarily focus on supporting the casinos in the Southern Nevada Region. This includes the following key focus areas:

• Setting direction, milestones and project plans to help support the Internet Specialists as they work on Internet Marketing activities (Email Acquisition, Email Marketing, Online Advertising and Special Projects as they come up.);
• Email Marketing: Managing, scheduling, planning and executing Email Marketing Campaigns. Leading monthly call to review email marketing results with key property and shared services team members;
• Partnership: Working closely with corporate and property marketing teams to execute key projects;
• Online Package Management: Manage process for creating, monitoring and reporting on rate only and component packages to help drive hotel occupancy, while promoting key property amenities to customers;
• Reporting and Technical Management: Develop monthly reports for that provide details on all. Reviewing reports as well as reviewing reports, identifying trends and making recommendations for how casinos can improve overall online results; and
• Content Management support for casinos: Communicating best practices, reviewing and approving content changes, making recommendations on how to improve conversions based on key metrics.

The Internet Marketing Manager will be required to balance individual responsibilities with managing and motivating the Internet Marketing Specialists responsible for providing primary support to the casinos. This includes managing workload, providing feedback and ensuring that productivity and morale is high.

Strong managerial and supervisory skills and previous experience managing web teams is preferred. Must be a team player with strong people skills. Desirable past experience includes: Email Marketing, Online Advertising and site performance reporting and analytics.

• Bachelor’s degree with 3-5 years working experience in site content management, on-line marketing and executing email campaigns, including vendor negotiations and media buying.
• Experience managing at least two direct reports.
• Strong knowledge of web technologies & methodologies and understanding of editorial standards for online environments.
• Experience working with content management systems, Interwoven a plus.
• Excellent attention to detail, superior communication, writing, presentation, and follow-up skills.
• Ability to take ownership and initiative, and work independently.
• Ability to plan, prioritize and organize effectively handling multiple high priority projects concurrently, reacting quickly to shifting priorities.
• A well-rounded cache of on-line marketing skills, including Email Marketing Strategy and On-line Advertising.
• Ability to effectively interact with all levels of internal and external contacts.
• Experience creating and delivering presentations and proposals.
• Strong experience in reporting and analytics.
• Must be proficient in the use of Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Access.
• Limited travel will be required.
