EMEA Web Content Manager in Munich

We are looking for an exceptional Web Content Manager who has a knack for design and a passion for working with high traffic websites and cutting edge content management systems. As the EMEA Web Content manager you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day responsibilities of editing, creating and maintaining the web content for SugarCRM’s international web properties.

As a highly creative team-player, you should have exceptional ability managing multiple tasks, understand the ins-and-outs of a dynamic content management system, and be able to pitch in on creating everything from web graphics to print advertisements.

The ideal candidate will be highly creative and self-directed, with a minimum of 2-5 years experience as a Web Content Manger. A background in managing Drupal websites is highly preferred.

You will work closely with our marketing, product, sales and operations teams to quickly implement compelling content that educates, engages, and persuades the SugarCRM community and prospective customers. If you like to create, innovate, and have a passion for the Web – we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

·Maintain day-to-day responsibilities for International website content management
·Design and help implement high quality web sites
·Assist in making recommendations for improving the user experience through SugarCRM’s international web properties
·Work closely with back-end developers to optimize existing Web technology and create the best possible user experience
·Help wireframe and design interfaces for various platforms
·Tackle additional design tasks as required (e.g. email newsletters, microsites, banners, etc)

Qualifications:

·Minimum 2-5 years experience as a web content manager
·Experience with maintaining high-traffic websites and proven success with managing a high volume of content needs within a content management system
·Excellent project management skills and comfortable working in a deadline-driven environment
·Excellent communication skills, and the ability to facilitate your own meetings as necessary
·Basic web and print design, often times collaborating with in-house designers and agencies
·Drupal 6 / 7 CMS
·Experience with web analytics tools, SEO, and collecting data to inform design and refine approach
·Solid social networking development experience
