Vistronix, Inc. is seeking a highly qualified Web Content Manager to join our team in Fayetteville, NC. The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal and time-management skills to bring expertise and support to our website development projects. The Web Content Manager will be responsible for leading the strategy, content development, and site organization for multiple website project efforts on behalf of our end customer. This position will work collaboratively with a variety of professionals to develop the right look, feel, and content for web projects. The ideal candidate for this position has outstanding communications skills and excellent working knowledge of website production as well as content management techniques. As part of this role, you will be responsible for creating and documenting business and functional requirements related to site development, based on customer needs, and communicating these to the development team. You must have a proactive work ethic, be able to anticipate and solve problems before they occur, and be committed to delivering quality results.

The primary responsibility of the Web Content Manager is to advise and assist with the implementation and management of web content and design on multiple websites.

Duties include:

·Lead website planning processes including project scope definition and timeline
·Lead coordination efforts with development Project Manager and team, ensuring performance related to scope, schedule, and budget
·Organize and utilize project documentation (requirements documentation, briefs, timelines, SOWs, testing plans, etc.
·Manage website quality control including editing, proofreading, site testing
·Track and report out site metrics/analytics
·Assist when needed with taxonomy planning, content outlines, information architecture, storyboards or wireframes
·Oversee websites with an eye on functionality, ease of use, and creating a great user experience

The most qualified candidates will possess the following:

·Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Writing, or related field
·5+ years experience in website production or content management role, preferably in a professional environment with client-facing experience.
·Familiar with best practices and latest web and social media technologies
·Excellent written and verbal communications skills
·Exceptional organizational, multitasking, communication, collaboration and presentation skills
·Strong time and project management skills; process development skills, ability to keep work flowing, minimizing problems or delays
·Knowledge of HTML and experience with popular content management systems (Drupal, Convio, Kintera, WordPress, ExpressionEngine, etc.); basic Adobe Photoshop skills
·Ability to function in a small team and wear many hats in order to get the job done
·Strong skills in Microsoft Office, and MS Visio; familiarity with MS Project and Sharepoint a plus
·Excellent attention to detail

Candidates must be able to successfully complete a background check for a government security clearance.
