Our Program Development team has a need for a Services Engineer to diagnose web content issues, talk to development best practices, design solutions using the our software suite, and scope Services for Convio's Mid-Market clients.

The Services Engineer will work with clients seeking a 'customization' (API, Javascript, CSS, Template changes, Data Integration, etc) solution to solve their problem outside of standard platform functionality. The Services Engineer will need to speak confidently to each part of the solution and explain it in detail to the client and their Account Manager.
