These solutions will be conveyed via flowcharts, wireframes, mock-ups, presentations, and other documentation. The ideal candidate will be able to clearly articulate their reasons for particular design choices but will also be open to collaboration with other stakeholders. Expect requirements, scope, and any number of other aspects of projects to change and be flexible enough to make updates as needed. Regular interaction with key business stakeholders and customers is required.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Responsibilities:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;.Gather information/requirements from stakeholders and ensure that scope and deliverables are understood&lt;br /&gt;.Engage in research projects to help inform design direction&lt;br /&gt;.Work with stakeholders on content audits to help drive information architecture decisions&lt;br /&gt;.Develop annotated low- to medium-resolution wireframes&lt;br /&gt;.Create annotated high-resolution mock-ups and design specification documentation that can be handed off to web developers for implementation&lt;br /&gt;.Work closely with developers to ensure the quality of design execution and to collaborate on alternatives when scope or technical implementation challenges arise&lt;br /&gt;.Revise and update designs and documentation based on continuing user testing and customer feedback&lt;br /&gt;.Establish design patterns and create common interface components to promote consistency and reuse across solutions&lt;br /&gt;.Drive best practices with an eye toward localization, accessibility, scalability, and ease of maintenance&lt;br /&gt;.Interface with customers, partners, and solutions development teams to understand how SnapLogic products are being deployed&lt;br /&gt;.Interface with Client and Server engineering teams to design and implement products that are easy to use and exceed customer expectations&lt;br /&gt;.Other tasks as assigned&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Requirements:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;.Degree in interaction design, HCI, or other design-related field or equivalent interaction design experience&lt;br /&gt;.5-7 years of directly related experience with large customer-facing products, website(s) and/or mobile devices&lt;br /&gt;.Experience with end-user usability testing&lt;br /&gt;.Expertise in information architecture&lt;br /&gt;.Able to create wireframes and mockups using Adobe Illustrator and/or Photoshop&lt;br /&gt;.Graphic/visual design skills a plus&lt;br /&gt;.Ability to create HTML/CSS by hand a plus&lt;/p&gt;</description>
