This position will work closely with the Customer Success team to build business solutions and over time is expected to be the subject matter expert on process standards and best practices.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Responsibilities may also include, but are not limited to; gathering requirements, writing functional specifications, establishing project documentation, communication and training materials. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;The successful candidate will also be skilled at working with key users to continually improve business processes; managing projects throughout the entire systems development life cycle; and developing and executing test plans.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Desired Skills &amp; Experience&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;- Responsible for capturing and documenting processes and build the mechanism to ensure adherence to each process&lt;br /&gt;- Works closely with the Customer Success Delivery and IT teams to ensure ongoing tuning of the CRM solution&lt;br /&gt;- Collaborate with business teams to define business requirements for business solutions&lt;br /&gt;- Work closely with cross functional teams and development of business use cases which address the full scope of Avid's business model&lt;br /&gt;- Develop future state process flow diagrams and related deliverables&lt;br /&gt;- Demonstrates knowledge and use of departmental resources, policies and procedures&lt;br /&gt;- Manages cross functional programs and projects through entire project life cycle (design, build, test, implement, etc)&lt;br /&gt;- Manage schedule, project plan and resources for Customer Success initiatives&lt;br /&gt;- Effectively identifies and solves project issues &lt;br /&gt;- Create strategy and implements risk mitigation and contingency plans&lt;br /&gt;- Strong organizational, presentation, communication and customer service skills&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Position Requirements:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;- 5+ years experience related work experience&lt;br /&gt;- Bachelors degree in business or equivalent work experience&lt;br /&gt;- Experience with customer service, IT, sales, marketing and professional services functions&lt;br /&gt;- Exceptional analytical skills&lt;br /&gt;- Excellent communication and business writing skills&lt;br /&gt;- Knowledge of MS Office, including excellent Excel &amp; Power Point skills&lt;br /&gt;- Experience with creating and executing on project work plans&lt;br /&gt;- Knowledge and experience of managing Salesforce.com related projects preferred&lt;/p&gt;</description>
