Job Duties:

.Extract and load transactional data files into Target's Oracle-based data warehouse.
.Develop Oracle PL/SQL scripts to transform & migrate client data.
.Build and execute SQL queries to investigate and resolve data quality issues.
.Run data quality, cleansing, standardization, and verification processes.
.Work directly with technical and marketing representatives from client organizations to code and categorize data and to troubleshoot data discrepancies.
.Develop applications to improve existing ETL tools and product production processes.
.Work closely with team members and Target's account team to schedule work, manage priorities, and meet deadlines for order delivery.

Experience and Skills:

.College degree from an accredited college or university.
.Excellent attention to detail, and solid analytic skills.
.Strong communication skills, and an ability to work effectively with customers.
.Computer programming coursework or professional experience is a plus.

Job Description:
The Business Analyst will serve in a key strategic role by leading the identification of business needs, and the development and execution of solutions, to problems facing our Data Management Services (DMS) clients. The candidate will be responsible for business analysis, requirements gathering, investigation and development of recommended solutions, identification of success triggers, execution of configuration and process changes, testing, and documentation and communication of final results.

Job Responsibilities:

.Work with clients and DMS teams from the issue/project identification through full resolution.
.Consults with clients to gather information about program needs, objectives, functions, features, and input and output requirements.
.Investigates and develops recommended solutions, including detailed business user requirements, system configuration documentation, test scenarios, workflow procedures, and business rules.
.Executes portions of projects involving analysis, configuration, testing, and design assistance.
.Works together with DMS client teams and Blackbaud technical groups to ensure the client's business needs are being met throughout a project.
.Develop detailed project plans and secure full team buy-in with all stakeholders; where appropriate provide project management and oversight, including adherence to timeline, scope, and hours estimates.
.Participates in industry and other professional networks to ensure awareness of industry standards, trends and best practices in order to strengthen organizational and technical knowledge.

Experience and Skills:

.Must have demonstrated ability to implement configuration and/or process improvement solutions to meet user requirements.
.Strong communication skills is required for success, particularly verbal skill to facilitate comprehensive requirements gathering and written skill to deliver recommended solutions and documentation.
.Exceptional attention to detail and organization is a must.
.Experience with relational database technology and the Microsoft Office suite is required.
.Candidate must also have solid knowledge of fundraising practices, and/or have extensive experience with Blackbaud products and services.
.Candidate must be a team player, and be willing to work in a fast paced environment and able to manage multiple projects for several clients at once.
.Occasional Travel is required (up to 10%).
