What you'll do:

You will provide timely and unbiased analysis and insights to inform critical business decisions in support of various functions and operations. Lithium is looking for a Senior Business & Financial Analyst who can drive forecasting, efficient report production and distribution, enabling timely analysis and communication of trends, risks and opportunities. As an SFA you will interacts with key teams in systems and process improvements. As a Senior Financial Analyst, you will work in a challenging, fast paced, technology-driven environment on critical real world business problems in the dynamic Internet & SaaS market space. The specific work will include responsibility for cost/expense and headcount reporting, forecasting, annual budget planning, financial modeling, and monitoring financial performance. As an SFA you are also responsible for delivering key analysis of the financial and operational performance on a weekly and monthly basis and are involved in operational dashboards and business unit quarterly reviews.

You will be working hand in hand with the CFO as the second member of the financial analysis team, you have room to grow into a management role and become the part of the foundation for a highly successful company. The position will evolve and you will have the opportunity to shape your role in the company.

Responsibilities:

.Financial Reporting & Analysis - Work with business unit teams to ensure accurate expense reporting, including analysis surrounding headcount, commissions and other primary expense drivers. Review monthly financial results and present them to team leadership. Participate in driving process improvement related to forecasting, reporting, modeling and analysis. Prepare executive and board level financial presentations. Partner with finance and IT groups to define and implement systems improvements, finance and operating dashboards.
.Expense Forecasting - In partnership with business management, manage the forecasting process.
.Cost Modeling - New Business Opportunities - Assist cross-functional teams to ensure new business models fully incorporate relevant costs. Offer financial guidance and support through an in depth understanding of Lithium cost base. Lead financial analysis to evaluate new business scenarios
.Participate in driving solutions to key analytical, strategic and business challenges utilizing candidate's finance expertise.
.Liaison - Work cross functionally with all operating functions.

Requirements:

.Qualified candidates will be finance professionals who are innovative, proven performers with a history of delivering effective reports, processes and data through critical analysis
.A solid understanding of financial reporting and demonstrated project management skills
.Strong attention to detail
.Excellent analytical, financial modeling (Excel) and presentation skills - able to analyze raw data, draw conclusions, and develop actionable recommendations.
.Self-starter with excellent communications, presentation and interpersonal skills, the ability to work collaboratively in a matrix team and the desire to work in a fast-paced environment. The candidate must be able to deliver results under tight deadlines.

Minimum Qualifications:

.Bachelors degree in finance, accounting or economics.
