The Services Engineer will need to speak confidently to each part of the solution and explain it in detail to the client and their Account Manager. Ideal candidates will possess a demonstrated ability to explain complex issues to both a highly technical and non-technical client base.&lt;br /&gt; &lt;br /&gt;In additional to the duties outlined above, the Service Engineer would work with the rest of the Program Development team to create resources designed to aid Mid-Market clients achieve their goals easily and more efficiently.&lt;br /&gt; &lt;br /&gt;This role will report to the Best Practice Program Manager and work closely with the mid-market Account Management team. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Service Engineer duties would include:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;.Explaining complex issues to both a highly technical and non-technical Mid-Market client base.&lt;br /&gt;.Answer moderate to advanced 'how do I' or 'how should I' software and web development best practice questions.&lt;br /&gt;.Diagnose technical issues involving HTML, CSS, basic Javascript and our software technologies.    &lt;br /&gt;.Scope and write statements of work for Services projects served within the department.  &lt;br /&gt;.Work with Services specialist team members and across the company to scope feasibility, hours to complete, and parameters of client requests.&lt;br /&gt;.Collaborate with the Program Development team on publishing best practice recommendations and advice through Community involvement, resource creation and presentations.&lt;br /&gt;.Perform small platform or content tweaks as needed.&lt;br /&gt; &lt;br /&gt;The ideal candidate's qualifications would include: &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;.Minimum 3 years working with HTML/XHTML, CSS, and Javascript&lt;br /&gt;.Minimum 2 years working within our software suite.&lt;br /&gt;.Minimum 5 years in a client facing role.&lt;br /&gt;.Have a basic understanding of relational databases.&lt;br /&gt;.Experience scoping projects for feasibility and level of effort.&lt;br /&gt;.An entrepreneurial spirit to create definition around new role and work independently to drive toward personal and team goals.&lt;br /&gt;.Demonstrated ability to self-manage multiple projects simultaneously keeping them all on track toward completion. &lt;br /&gt;.Have at least 5 years managing projects both independently and within a team to achieve client or company goals.&lt;/p&gt;</description>
