Job Description:
Role and responsibilities:

.Generating estimates of test effort required, as well as turning estimates/coverage into detailed tests with clear objectives, deliverables and risk assessment. Ensures issues are identified, tracked, reported on and resolved in a timely manner
.Reporting status on test activities, opportunities, risks and issues. Contribute to improving efficiency of test methodology and processes throughout the Scrum team
.Assess how effective the software testing was and determine how the testing process and coverage can be improved
.Design, define and implement automated test suites individually and through the team
.Write and execute both manual tests and automation: including functional, integration, exploratory, performance, soak, negative and black box tests
.Ensures issues are identified, tracked, reported on and resolved in a timely manner.

Technical skills:

.Experience testing web applications
.Knowledge of Java programming language
.Knowledge of multi-tier web applications
.Test automation, acceptance testing, load testing, and creating test scripts for API and Web Service testing
.Usage of JMeter, Selenium and scripting languages are an advantage
.Worked in an agile environment
.Able to solve problems and think creatively.

Essential skills:

.Troubleshooting, Fault finding. Strong manual testing
.Degree qualified (Engineering/Computer Science degree preferred)
.Demonstrable Quality Assurance experience
.Estimation, work breakdown and test coverage needs from explicit and implicit requirements
.Genuinely strong communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills
.Investigate software defects and identify root cause
.Previous experience of leading/mentoring teams of at least 3 people.

Desirable skills:

.Leading a team of off-shore test engineers
.Experience of working within an agile environment
.Experience of testing Java
.Experience of creating and maintaining test schedules detailing the activities and tasks for multiple engineers over several months
.Test Automation development and maintenance for Web applications
.Strong SQL knowledge and experience (Postgresql an advantage)
.Experience of Server OS (Linux, Windows Server, Suse and Ubuntu).

Job Description:
Business Solutions Analyst (BSA) will be responsible for collaborating with IT and business clients to understand key business objectives and IT delivery capabilities to provide fully integrated solutions. BSA is a key driver toward the development of functional requirements and determines their impact to business objectives. Requirements:

.Bachelors degree in Engineering or equivalent.
.Minimum of 5 plus years of professional working experience in IT / Service companies.
.Minimum of 5 years performing the specification and analysis of functional, nonfunctional, and information requirements in order to develop the specifications of an IT solution.
.Detail-oriented mind-set with a proven track record of handling multiple tasks and assignments simultaneously.
.Experience writing test plans and test cases
.Experience, leading creating and working with detailed architecture diagrams and design tools
.Experience participating in Agile/Waterfall scrum sessions
.Knowledge of HTML, JavaScript, web technology and MS office tools is required.
.Hands-on experience with content management systems and/or application administration tools is required.
.Knowledge of web design and development tools is preferred but not mandatory.
