Job Description:
We're looking for a great communicator, with a passion for technology and a eye for detail, to help us deliver truly outstanding software. You'll be working as a full-time technical writer in a small writing team, closely linked with our product development team. You'll be responsible for all kinds of technical communication, so not only writing user manuals but also suggesting improvements to the wording of the user interface, designing and creating product documentation and writing developer guides and blog articles.

You are the ideal candidate if:

.You have experience with technical communication in a software environment
.You are fluent in English (since all our outbound communication is done in English)
.You are an investigator by nature, always eager to know more about our products and the ways people work with them
.You have an analytical mind with a heart for software, and you grasp new functionalities quickly
.Explaining complex ideas in a way that fits the target audience comes naturally to you
you have a keen eye for detail and you always ensure your work is of the highest quality
.You can work independently alongside all kinds of different people, and aim to get the best out of those around you

What would help?

.Knowing your way around one or more authoring tools, such as Madcap Flare or Adobe Robohelp
.Knowledge of common web technologies, such as HTML and CSS
.Working knowledge of a programming language, preferably .NET
