The position reports to the Chief Financial Officer.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;The Director Analysis will also be part of a team that creates and implements policies and procedures set by the EVP of Finance and CFO to identify, resolve and document accounting issues in addition to creating procedures to make the budgeting and analysis processes more efficient and accurate.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Role Requirements:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;·Analyze current and past trends in key performance indicators including all areas of revenue, COGS, expenses and capital expenditures.&lt;br /&gt;·Monitor performance indicators, highlighting trends and analyzing causes of unexpected variance.&lt;br /&gt;·Oversee and manage the continued development of Budgeting, Financial Forecasting, Operating Plan and Modeling tools, Ad-Hoc Reporting and Analysis.&lt;br /&gt;·Quarterly and Monthly Financial reports assistance.&lt;br /&gt;·Implement and work with a Business Intelligence Tool (Netsuite) and Dashboard reports.&lt;br /&gt;·Improve performance by evaluating processes to drive efficiencies and understand.&lt;br /&gt;·Develop financial models and analyses to support strategic initiatives&lt;br /&gt;·Analyze complex financial information and reports to provide accurate and timely financial recommendations to management for decision making purposes.&lt;br /&gt;·Supporting Senior Management Team and Departments heads with in-depth analysis.&lt;br /&gt;·Prepare presentations to Board of Directors and Senior Management Team.&lt;br /&gt;·Responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable laws, rules, and regulations.&lt;br /&gt;·Any other responsibilities that may be assigned from time to time.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Qualifications:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;·Bachelors and/or Master's Degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in accounting CPA/Chartered Accountant is preferred but not required. &lt;br /&gt;·Accounting and finance education and recent related accounting experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience preferred. &lt;br /&gt;·Working knowledge of ERP accounting systems (Oracle NetSuite preferred) as well as proficient in MS Word and Excel&lt;br /&gt;·Must be able to write reports and business correspondence.&lt;br /&gt;·Performed global consolidation of company with operations in Europe, Asia and North America that listed on a US Stock Exchange.&lt;br /&gt;·Must be able to communicate effectively with coworkers, regional finance staff and internal and external business partners with different cultures and time zones.&lt;br /&gt;·Must have excellent organizational and administrative skills. &lt;br /&gt;·Conscientious about timeliness of assignments and quality of work product.&lt;br /&gt;·Accountable for specific performance.&lt;br /&gt;·Able to handle multiple tasks and maintain control and order over same.&lt;br /&gt;·Detailed and recent understanding of GAAP and financial reporting requirements including but not limited to revenue recognition, accounting for stock options, business combinations, purchase price accounting as well as EBITA.&lt;/p&gt;</description>
