This role requires the individual to provide solutions to complex environments and escalated problems involving broad in-depth OpenText product and operating system, hardware, network and database knowledge.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Primary Duties:&lt;br /&gt; &lt;br /&gt;1. Implement Premier Support services into our customers according to ITIL framework &lt;br /&gt;2. Become familiar with all of customers OpenText product related business and technical operations. &lt;br /&gt;3. Working closely with Program Managers to proactively provide customers with the guidance and support needed to maximize their OpenText product investment. &lt;br /&gt;4. (Onsite) Deliver OpenText Products systems review identifying improvements and tuning suggestions on service critical components; troubleshooting (in collaboration with the Customer Support) can be triggered in case components are not behaving as expected5. Support customer with implementing and/or improving the required level of OpenText product service management processes as defined within the ITIL framework for service delivery processes. &lt;br /&gt;6. Managing delicate customer relationships.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Position Requirements: &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;. Customer support experience in a technical support environment &lt;br /&gt;. Experience with Enterprise Software solutions as a Technical Consultant or Technical Architect  &lt;br /&gt;. Experience with operating systems (Windows, Unix or Linux) &lt;br /&gt;. Experience with Oracle and MS SQL Server administration&lt;br /&gt;. Familiarity/interest in ITIL processes&lt;br /&gt;. Excellent customer and communication skills&lt;/p&gt;</description>
